New Patient Evaluation

A 50-60+ minute Telehealth appointment via a HIPAA-compliant online platform. You must physically be in the state of Colorado at the time of visit. We will discuss your background, history of symptoms, questions, and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan for you.

Follow up Medication Management Appointments
$175

A 20-25+ minute Telehealth appointment via a HIPAA-compliant online platform. During these follow-up appointments, we will check in on symptom improvement and decide together if any adjustments need to be made to the treatment plan. Refills will also be initiated at this time.

Self-Pay/Cash Practice

Andrea is not a provider for any insurance companies. She is considered an “out of network provider” and therefore considered a self-pay practice. A credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, HSA, FSA, etc.) will be billed for services at time of the visit.

A “superbill” itemized receipt can be provided after each visit for patients to submit the charge to their insurance company to apply towards their insurance deductible. Patient’s must check with their individual insurance for more information on this process.
